Many people arrive at this work during moments when something feels harder than it should.
Energy has shifted.
Decisions carry more weight.
Leadership feels heavier.
Health questions remain unanswered.
Often the surface explanation does not tell the whole story.
Looking across biology, personal history, stress load, and life context, patterns begin to emerge. When those patterns become visible, people are able to move forward with greater clarity.
Ellen is a Certified Functional Health Advisor and Executive Coach with 15+ years of experience in this field, whose clients have included senior leaders and executives across Fortune 500 companies, financial services, and mission-driven organizations.

A Personal Thread
Listening has always come naturally to me. As a child my nickname was "ears" because I loved to sit quietly and listen to the conversations around me. I was deeply sensitive to what people were experiencing, even when they did not fully say it out loud.
That sensitivity carried into adulthood. For many years I navigated my own complex health challenges while building a demanding corporate career. I experienced firsthand how biology, stress, and life pressure can intersect in ways that are difficult to explain and even harder to resolve.
Over time it became clear that what I was observing in myself and in others were not isolated struggles. They were patterns unfolding beneath the surface across biology, stress, and life circumstances.
Those experiences eventually became the foundation of the work I do today.
My role is to help people discover what is actually happening beneath the surface,
and move forward with clarity and alignment.

What I Actually Do
Today my work takes 3 forms.
Coaching & Advisory
One-on-one advisory for leaders and thoughtful adults navigating complex decisions, health questions, and life transitions.
Palmer Physiology Lab
Advanced functional testing and interpretation that helps explain biological patterns when traditional labs appear normal.
Corewise Collective
A cohort experience designed to help young adults build clarity, resilience, and practical life direction.
Each offering approaches the same goal from a different perspective.
Clarity.

How I Work
I listen carefully.
I look for patterns others may not see.
I help people understand the forces shaping their experience.
From there we determine what actually matters.
Not everything needs to change. Often only a few things do.
But they need to be the right things.
Outside of work you will usually find me walking in the wood, traveling, or searching for a fresh green juice along the way.

Clarity rarely comes from pushing harder.
It comes from understanding what is actually happening beneath the surface.
